Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note delivery times may vary due to the high volume of orders or postal service problems that are out of our control, due to busy periods like Christmas.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.5 NZD for orders under $200 NZD.

Rural delivery has a flat rate shipping cost of $12.50 NZD.

Free shipping for all orders over $200 NZD — excluding rural delivery.

Delivery should be 1–4 days once your order is fulfilled (allow extra time for Rural Delivery and any disruptions that occur nationwide).

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Shop 2, 188 Parklands Avenue, Bell Block, New Plymouth.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready to pick up within 24 hours during working hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our operating hours. Please have your confirmation email with you when you come in.

Please do not select "In-Store Pickup" unless you intend to pick up from our New Plymouth based store. Additional fees will be charged for any local pickup orders that later require shipping.
