Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected by this policy.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot provide a replacement until the original item is returned to us for evaluation. All items are photographed prior to being wrapped and shipped with the shipping ticket to match.

Restocking Fee

For returns due to a change of mind, a restocking fee of 10% of the product's purchase price will apply. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and restocking the item.

Exclusions

Certain items, such as sale items or gift cards, may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional return conditions. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Once your return request is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the item at your own cost.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund minus the applicable restocking fee.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
